I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Kyoto! The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a lovely view over the river. The location couldn't have been better, right next to the subway station and close to amazing restaurants. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a choice of Western or Japanese options.
The only thing that could be improved is the variety for the included breakfast. It's very good but it is mostly the same food every day.

The hotel's location is ideal for exploring the nearby attractions, being situated near a subway station and right on the river. the room and bathroom are spacious, with a stunning view in some cases. the attentive and courteous staff go above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, even assisting with restaurant reservations.
There is one aspect of the hotel that detracts from an otherwise pleasant stay. the lack of a table lamp on the desk makes it difficult to work or read in the evenings.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute joy. I was impressed by many things, including the cleanliness of the hotel facilities. The hotel was perfect location right in the heart of the historic Gion area, just across the bridge from Pontocho alley. It was also conveniently located near the MRT station, making it easy to get around the city and visit many attractions in this city. I was especially impressed by the staff who were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast they made for me at the counter every morning was a lovely touch.
For us, this hotel was ideal, and we didn't experience any negative aspects.

This hotel is a hidden gem in a prime location in Kyoto. Not only is it conveniently situated right next to the subway station, but it is also within walking distance to many of the city's landmarks and activities. The view from the top floor rooms is marvelous, overlooking the peaceful Kamo River with its traditional restaurants. It truly feels like staying in our own high-end studio apartment. The staff's attention to detail and service is second to none. The breakfast provided each morning was a delightful start to our day, and their willingness to accommodate our late check-in time was greatly appreciated. We couldn't have asked for a better value for money.
There is honestly nothing that could be improved at this hotel. Everything was fantastic.

I had a severe allergy once I entered the room. The staff at Sakura Suite tried their best to solve the issue, but unfortunately I had to leave one day earlier than planned. Despite this setback, I appreciated their effort and understanding. I would still recommend this hotel for their attentive service.
